Do you know of a Patriotic Event or Dedication in our area that the Daughters should be at? If so, contact Mrs. Royall with the who, what, and when.
Currently we are donating to the Kids to Kids Literacy Program by collecting books for all ages of children. We are also participating in local schools to help students learn their site words!

Adopted Veteran - This winter, Old Spanish Trail supported its adopted Veteran family of seven children and one adult with Christmas gifts for all. Members generously went out and bought items for each child and for the family. One member donated a mint condition tricycle that had been in her family for generations. Another member donated a gift card with an amount large enough to get each child a pair of shoes. In the next year, Old Spanish Trail will become more involved with our Veterans and Active Soldiers.
Calls to Home - OST is always collecting phone cards or used cell phones for our active duty military men and women. The cards will be used for our troops to call home. The cell phones will be recycled and the troops will receive minutes to call home. This year we collected more than 2400 phone minutes for our active military soldiers. If you would like to donate, please contact Mrs. Royall.
The Old Spanish Trail Chapter is dedicated to helping our troops and veterans. Every year we do various projects to help with their needs. We are looking for more ideas! Please Contact us with any ideas!
